The Atoms Program is Ligi Ndogo’s entry-level football group, specially designed for our youngest players aged 4 to 7 years. Within this group, the Special Atoms category caters to children aged 4 and 5, offering an even gentler introduction to the beautiful game.

At this early stage, the focus is on fun, exploration, and basic coordination. Through a variety of playful, ball-based activities, children are guided in developing:

• Motor coordination

• Agility and balance

• Focus and spatial awareness

• Social interaction through team play
