Main Technical Team & Speakers

Mike Shamia – Strength & Conditioning Lead

Renowned performance coach with extensive experience in speed development, agility, injury prevention, and athlete conditioning across youth and elite football and rugby programmes in Kenya. Former Head Coach of the Kenya Women’s National Rugby Team; former S&C Coach for KCB Rugby and AFC Leopards.

Coach Michael Nam (CAF A Licensed) – Technical Lead

CAF A licensed coach with top-level Kenya Premier League experience (including Gor Mahia). Former Assistant Technical Director at FKF in charge of the Kenya U17 programme. Leads the football curriculum, match preparation, and player development pathways.

Robert Muthomi – Life Skills Speaker

Current CEO of the Professional Golfers of Kenya (PGK), former CEO of FKF, owner of Nakuru All Stars, and parent to Kenya’s top female golfer, 13 yr old Kanana. Delivers sessions on discipline, mindset, leadership, and pathways in sport.

Mr. Robert Odecho – Principal, St. Ruth School Gilgil

Former Head of Department of Science and Director of Games and Sports at Alliance High School. Will provides guidance on balancing academic excellence with sporting ambition, discipline, and character development.
